These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, creative, and respectful experience for both our clients and our photography team.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Shared Responsibility:

Capturing beautiful moments is a shared responsibility between the client and our photography team.

We expect coordination and timely communication from both sides to achieve the best results.

Kindly ensure family members and guests cooperate during key moments to help us deliver the finest outcome.

2. License:

Unless otherwise stated, KAHANIKA STUDIOS and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Kahanika Studios. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Kahanika Studios for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Kahanika Studios

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Kahanika Studios

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Kahanika Studios

• Redistribute content from Kahanika Studios

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. KAHANIKA STUDIOS does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of KAHANIKA STUDIOS, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, KAHANIKA STUDIOS shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

KAHANIKA STUDIOS reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;

• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material, which is an invasion of privacy.

• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant KAHANIKA STUDIOS a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

3. Booking & Payments:

A booking is confirmed only after the booking payment is received.

The remaining balance must be cleared as mentioned in the quote which is 20% as booking payment for booking confirmation, 30% by the end of the initial event and remaining 50% on the final occasion day.

The advance payment is non-refundable, as it secures our date and creative crew for your event.

4. Respectful Conduct:

Our photographers and crew work with dedication and professionalism, and we value a respectful environment on every shoot.

Any form of disrespectful behaviour, verbal abuse towards the team will lead to immediate contract termination, and all deliverables may be withheld.

We reserve the right to walk away from an event if the team’s safety or dignity is compromised.

5. Deliverables & Timelines:

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeline discussed during booking, which may vary based on project size and detailing.

Minor delays can occur as we dedicate time to perfecting every image and frame.

Total raw files are shared with the client in the SSD and delivered to clients. It is the responsibility of the clients to take care of the SSD and once if the data is corrupted, recovery is chargeable.

SSD cost to be borne by the clients only.

6. Creative Direction:

Kahanika Studios retains creative freedom in photo selection, colour grading, and final editing style.

We always welcome client preferences before or during the shoot, but final artistic discretion rests with our team.

Re-edit or rework requests will be considered only within reasonable and agreed limits.

For video once the song is selected and finalised, the edit can't be redone with another song. If needed it is chargeable as the entire work has to be started again from the start point with a new pattern.

7. Usage Rights:

Kahanika Studios may use selected images or videos for portfolio, website, or social media, unless the client specifically requests privacy in writing before the shoot.

Clients are welcome (and encouraged) to share the content on social platforms with proper credit/tagging to @kahanikastudios.

8. Travel & Accommodation:

For outdoor pre-wedding shoots, including those within Hyderabad, travel and accommodation for the shoot crew are to be borne by the client.

For wedding shoots within Hyderabad, travel and accommodation are not required from the client’s side.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances:

In cases of natural events, sudden illness, or equipment malfunction, our team will make every effort to provide an alternate arrangement or reschedule.

If no alternative is possible, the studio’s liability is limited to a refund of the amount received.

10. Final Delivery & Storage:

Once notified that your photos/videos are ready, please download or collect them within 30 days.

Kahanika Studios will not be responsible for data storage or retrieval beyond this period.

11. Agreement Acceptance:

By confirming your booking with Kahanika Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Any modifications or special requests must be discussed and mutually agreed upon in writing.
